He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughters, Nancy Coggins, Sue Sullivan and Barbara Reeves; his brothers Howard Reeves and Pearlies Reeves.

Allie Frank was born on September 18, 1929 in Chickasaw County to Allie Frank Smith, Sr. and Ella Ray Smith. He retired from International Paper in Houston where he worked for over 30 years and was a supervisor. He lived a good life and left a legacy of memories and love for everyone lucky enough to see him smile. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Dorothy Hood, her uncles, Mark Hood, Gary Hood, Christopher Freeman, Tony Clark, Jamie Clark; and a cousin, Derek Huffman. Laura Helen Eaton Gann, 75, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at home.

She was born in Thorn on June 3, 1936 to Bennie McGee and Flora Anderson McGee. She had owned an H & R Block franchise and later prepared taxes independently for many years until her health failed. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Delores Thompson Canoy, 2 sisters and 1 brother. And Betty Parker; her sister, Suzanne Merriman; and two brothers, Johnny Parker and Danny Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert J. Winter and Vienie Young; her husband, James Everett Holder; her son, Bobby Holder; two brothers, Robert Henry Winter and George Elmo Winter; and a sister Imogene Isabel Winter Warren. She leaves behind her daughters, Becky Kellum of Tupelo and Brenda Hatcher (Rev. Jerry) of Cascilla, MS; her sons, Rev. Bubba Childress (Rev. Toni) of Meridian and Bobby Childress of Houston; her brother, William McGinnis of Farrell, MS; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
He was the loving grandfather of Allen Gray Crosthwait, Wilkes Edward Crosthwait, John Martin Fox, Luke Rivers Fender, Marion Elizabeth Ausbern, and William Fox Fender. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Pearl Murphy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vera and Virt Clark; and a brother, Donald Clark. She was a member of Friendship Presbyterian Church in Van Vleet. Doris loved her children and grands, they all knew her as "Granny Doris".
